There are people who have something to complain about in everything and are always nagging, know everything better and make others feel bad. Everyone knows these people and may even have something to do with you in their immediate environment. Usually these people themselves have the biggest problems, are eaten away by envy and resentment and thus spread a negative mood. Of course something can always go wrong, but then the only right way is to speak directly and personally (in private) with the person who has “screwed up” something and to clarify directly what may have gone wrong.

Isn’t it so much easier and more enjoyable to rate the people around you positively? We don’t hurt ourselves when we praise others and their good work, honor and appreciate achievements. When we tell someone (and others) that we are satisfied with their work or service, we not only create a pleasant working atmosphere among our own employees, we also become a welcome and valued business partner and client.

It is not for nothing that it is said: What and how others talk about us says more about them than about us. Are you satisfied with the work delivered, for example by a craftsman or service provider? Have you received courteous and competent advice in a shop? Did the service in the restaurant convince you with their special attention or did the chef conjure up a wonderful menu? Then please talk about it! Let other people share your good and positive experiences and recommend good work and services to your friends and acquaintances. You can also support many businesses and service providers with a positive rating via Google – this is then permanently understandable for a large group of people and of course reaches even more people than just the personal environment.

Individual praise and recognition is priceless and better advertising than any TV commercial.
